Rare pre-war double cockpit with reliable, recently rebuilt Chris Craft Type B 60 hp flathead four cylinder inboard raw water cooled engine with 6 volt generator and starter. Gougeon G-Flex bottom, new motor mounts and transmission speedi-sleeve installed 2009. Also new hoses and copper return. Everything is still 6 volts. With two people she will do 18 knots, and with only 1 about 21 knots and will pull a 200 lb man out of the water on skis.
The upholstery was last done in 1958. There’s a tear in the back seat cushion at the top.
I had all the chrome re-plated. Trailer restoration included repacking hubs after replacing wheel bearings, new led lighting with side markers, 7-pin electrical hookup, re-weld all seams in the channel steel construction, new bunks and pads, and painting same color as bottom of the boat. I refinished the stern pole in my workshop and it has all new original equipment socket base, electrical contacts, wiring, and new beehive Fresnel lens.
