Minutes of the Meeting

November 16 2006

 

The meeting was opened by President Dave Kanally at 7:30 PM at Quick Draw Doors Company.

Treasury Report - Phil Wolff $2869.49 on account. The insurance premium is soon to come due however.

Shop Report - Robin McGeorge - Work at the shop is proceeding on Troy Marshal’s Cavalier - sides are stained and sealed. Jerry is caulking his deck seams. Phil has completed his in-shop work on his Century. The top has been replaced on Chris’ Chris Craft. Robin has pulled the motor in his little boat for a leak repair.

The holiday party is coming up December 2 at the Kanally’s. RSVPs are due.

The WBA yearly banquet is scheduled for January 13 at Canyon Creek Country Club. Phil Wolff will be getting out forms for member commitments on attendance. We still don’t have a speaker signed up, suggestions are welcome. 2006 officers will have their meals paid for by the club.

The nominees for officers for 2007 were unanimously approved by the members in attendance.

Seb Borrello gave another stellar presentation on the Clayton New York boat museum activity.

The next meeting will be held on the third Thursday of February, location to be determined.
